Solid Wood (oak), very well made and sturdy.
The bottom frame is wood with veneer.
Normal wear and tear (some imperfections here and there, scratches, dents, rubs)
3 dovetails drawers with original hardware.
The front part of the drawers was painted.

Shipping via Greyhound is the most economical way to shipping up to 100 lbs and 30"x47"x82" of item dimensions already packed.

We ship to all states within the continental US.
We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery.
Local pick up is available and pay in cash or PayPal, or local delivery is also available for a fee.
All furniture must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. Late pick-ups will result in a $20 per week storage fee. This fee must be paid at pick up. This fee must be paid in full and with CASH only.
I deliver for $2 per mile up to 150 miles from Zip code 34119 I am happy to work with any shipping company of your choosing for pick up, or you may pick the piece up yourself.

We ship most furniture and larger items that do not fit within the US Postal Service through Greyhound Express for best economy.
Buyer is responsible for pick up at the Greyhound station closest to your zip code.
If no shipping price is listed, you must convo us BEFORE purchase to determine shipping method and cost. Each listing that requires this is clearly noted.
Shipping charges include cost of shipping, shipping supplies and packaging and handling charges.
Expedited shipping and shipping insurance are available upon request from our buyers. Shipping costs will be adjusted to reflect these choices when requested.
Note that we recycle boxes and packaging materials.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of this business, mostly of our pieces are unique creations. Once a piece is select and the final approval was agreed upon; All Sales Are Final.
No Refunds due to shipping defects in item. We recommend that all items purchased be insured or declared value at point of shipment. Please indicate if you would like to have insurance or declared value added while shipping. Fees may apply. Buyer pays returns labels
WE SHIP TO USA ADDRESS ONLY--QUOTES ARE FOR MAINLAND US ONLY-You will be notified when package is shipped and expected delivery date. Please message with any questions prior to purchasing. Shipping is through FedEx, USPS or UPS. Larger items may be shipped via Greyhound or truck, this information will be added to the listing. If you have any questions message us before purchasing. We pack carefully and are not responsible for items once they are in the shippers hands. Some items may be packed by the shipper, if we feel we can not pack to ensure safety . This cost will be included in shipping quote. All breakable items will have insurance.
If in the shipping process the item results damaged,we will file any claim but will ask buyer to provide pictures of damage as well as keep damaged product and packaging (all packing material and original box) until claim is paid. Buyer will not receive refund until we have received insurance claim. This could take several weeks.
